LSTAR's Market Report for October 2010

Data from the London St Thomas Association of Realtors Report.

Last month a total of 566 homes exchanged hands, down 14.8% from the previous year. The year-to-date sales figures speak to this: at this point in the year we are still 1.1% ahead of last year. Active detached home listings end of period were down 15.9%. Active condo listings end of period were up 16.4%.
