I swore I never would again...
If you have had an issue with them - let me know.
I just learned that the plan I signed up for - was not the plan I got...and to get the plan I was promised - it would cost me an additional $15/month...I feel that I have been bait and switched by Telus, again.
Has this ever happened to you?
